Big Week

We have 3 games this week which should all be competitive and fun. We start the week tonight with Brooklyn Center. They have one of the best guards in the conference if not the state in Freddy Young. We need to keep him in check, rebound and take care of the ball tonight to have success.

Friday we play St. Agnes who is much improved team from last year. They have been a bit up and down but have exploded for some big games earlier this year including a win over maranatha #4 in 1A. Much like BC they like to push tempo and use a pressure defense to try and create some easy baskets. It will be good for us to play these teams back to back since they are very similar in style of play.

We are @ Blake Saturday night to end the week. Blake has pulled off some good wins this year and seem to be playing solid defense. They have held a good amount of teams to the 40's by slowing things down and taking care of the ball. We had two very intense games last year and I expect the same on Saturday.

Hopefully we can have a successful week after falling to the top two teams in the Tri Metro in our last two games (Minnehaha Academy/De La Salle). This is a huge week for us and we need to have some momentum going into the second half of the season.
