Heritage

We lost on Tuesday to Heritage 57-48 in our worst performance of the year. We didn't play well on both sides of the court and our energy level wasn't there. Not sure if the guys felt a little to confident after winning 5 in a row or they were looking ahead to this Fridays game vs DeLaSalle. Either way the effort was not acceptable and will need to be fixed. We had a good practice on Wednesday and I anticipate a high energy team on Friday.
