We've had a productive spring and summer to this point. The guys had a tough time at the MN Hoops Classic as we lost to four different AAAA schools (Prior Lake, Rosemount, Farmington, North St. Paul). We rebounded nicely in the Concordia Summer League this week going 4-2. We are working hard in the weight room and during individual training Mondays and Thursdays. Open Gym has been competitive with the help of a few Alums.
A couple guys who have stood out this summer have been captain Josh Gray 2013, who has lead us in pretty much every statistical category during our games. I've also been impressed with new comer Kent Hanson 2016 who stepped in and contributed to the Varsity Summer Team right away. The incoming freshman class joining Dalante Peyton has a chance to be scary good.
On another bright note, construction of our new gym floor is under way and should be finished mid-late July.
