Humboldt/Sections

Humboldt- We lost at Humboldt 63-61 Friday night to finish 6-20 for the regular season. Sam Dicke made a free throw with 10 seconds left to tie the game at 61. Humboldt scored a bucket with 2 seconds left to win the game in regulation. We lost the game by turning the ball over 19 times and did a poor job on the defensive boards towards the end of the game. This is the 2nd time in the last 3 games we lost in the last seconds of a game. We are learning how to finish games correctly and hopefully will turn a corner in sections. Joe Klein played his best game of the year with 13 pts and 7 rebs. Sam Dicke also finished his regular season career with a strong game 19 pts and 9 rebs.


SECTIONS
We are seeded 9 out of 14 teams in our section. The 1 and 2 seed get a first round bye.

We play @ Providence Academy (8 seed) Thursday night 3/10 at 7:00. We played them in our holiday tournament earlier this year and lost 39-35.
