Maranatha

Maranatha beat us 65-45 Tuesday night. We had a tough time on both the offensive and defensive side of the ball. I have to give a lot of credit to the Maranatha players who have improved a lot since last year. Pittman and Hanson spent a lot of time in the gym this summer and it looks to have paid off. They beat us with solid passing and good defense. We got a good effort from David McVeety who lead us in points and rebounds. Nathan Johnson also brought good energy fighting through a sore back. The team now gets a chance to get back onto the practice court for awhile before our next games vs. St. Anthony and Duluth Marshall.
